On Wednesday, January 24, the Board of Control for Cricket in India released the schedule for the Women’s Premier League – WPL 2024.
The second season of the women’s T20 league will take place in Bengaluru and Delhi between February 23 and March 17.
WPL 2024 will include 22 matches, including 20 league games and two knockout rounds.
WPL 2024 will begin with a match between defending champions Mumbai Indians (MI) and Delhi Capitals (DC) at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru.
Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) will then face UP Warriorz (UPW) on February 24, followed by the Gujarat Giants (GG) and Mumbai Indians on February 25.
The first 11 matches of the WPL 2024 will be hosted in Bengaluru, while the last nine league games and two playoff matches will be played in the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi.
The Delhi leg will begin on March 5, with the Delhi Capitals playing against the Mumbai Indians.
The Eliminator will be played on March 15, followed by the Grand Final on March 17.
