Cricket fans are excited to learn that the Pakistan Super League (PSL) will return for a second season. The eighth season of Pakistan’s largest cricket league will run from February to March 2023. In the PSL 7th edition’s final, the Multan Sultans were defeated, and the Lahore Qalandars are the defending champions.
In keeping with tradition, the T20 tournament will feature six teams competing in a double round-robin format. Together, there will be 34 matches. Between the six teams, there will be two games. Each team will play ten matches in the league stage. The top four teams in the points table will compete in the playoffs following the conclusion of the league stage.
The schedule for the well-known Twenty20 cricket competition known as the Pakistan Super League (PSL) has been established. The Double Round-Robin and Playoffs formats of the tournament will be incorporated into the league’s games, starting with the games. PSL 2023 will be shown live on television by Sony Six HD and Sony Ten HD.
The Multan Sultans, the league’s current champions, will be one of six participating teams. The tournament is broadcasting the matches on the official broadcasting partners, and the league’s matches for the seventh edition have started to roll out.
