Irfan Pathan praises seamer’s spell on Day 1 of the 2nd IND vs SA Test
Irfan Pathan has stated that when Mohammed Siraj‘s outswingers are successful, he becomes a devastating bowler.
On Wednesday, January 3, Siraj struck 6/15 in nine overs as India dismissed South Africa for 55 in their first innings of the second Test in Cape Town.
After being bowled out for 153 in their first innings. And Stumps reduced the hosts to 62/3 in their second innings on Day 1.
During a chat on Star Sports, Pathan was asked about his thoughts on India’s bowling. And namely Siraj, to which he responded.
Jasprit Bumrah and Mukesh Kumar split the remaining four South African first-innings wickets.
In the Proteas’ second innings, he too grabbed two wickets, with Bumrah accounting for the other.
