Rishabh Pant said, “Even the super seniors made me feel comfortable”. In December 2022, Rishabh Pant shared that he felt his time on earth was coming to an end after suffering a terrible mishap.
After being engaged in an automobile accident, the daring wicket-keeper batsman had many injuries, including two wounds on his forehead and a ruptured ligament in his right knee.
When making his international debut in 2017, Indian wicket-keeper batsman Rishabh Pant talked highly of the experienced players who made him feel at ease.

India amassed a mammoth 202/6 in 20 overs, needing only three deliveries to win by 75 runs. Pant remained undefeated on five of those deliveries.

Pant said on Star Sports’ “Believe” series that he never experienced nervousness since the players made him feel at ease.
“I didn’t feel like that most of the time. At first, I was amazed. You have seen them all on television. However, everyone was friendly. I felt at ease even with the senior staff. The culture of the team is to ensure that everyone is at ease. Additionally, it’s beneficial when it occurs early on. Because, at 17, 18, you have no life experience,” Pant said.
He continued, saying: Of course, you have experiences; as a child, I made an effort to study. Since hardly everyone has these kinds of experiences, I believe that all of these things are beneficial. Furthermore, you gain a great deal of life experience and knowledge from it. Your mind begins to interpret things in that way.”
Before his injury, Pant was maybe India’s top match-winner in Test cricket during the last several years. In red-ball cricket, the southpaw has amassed 2,271 runs at an average of 43.67, including five hundreds.
In addition, the player from Uttarakhand, who has over 1,800 runs in 30 ODIs and 66 T20Is, including eight half-centuries, has represented India.
