West Indies Cricket Board is a multinational Cricket team that represents 15 English-speaking Caribbean countries, non-British, and British dependencies. West Indies Cricket from the Mid 1970s to the early 1990s was the strongest and greatest Cricket team in Test and ODI formats. Some of the greatest cricketers hailed from the West Indies including Brian Lara, Sir Viv Richards, Courtney Walsh, Clive Lloyd, George Headley, Lance Gibbs, Sir Clyde Walcott, Michael Holding, Sir Andy Roberts, and more all these cricketers have been included in the ICC hall of fame.
The West Indies Cricket have won 1975 and 179 ICC Cricket World Cup, ICC champions trophy in 2014, ICC World T20 once in 2012, runner ups in World Cup 1983, U-19 World Cup 2004. West Indies was the first team to win the World Cup twice, their record was broken by Australia.
