West Indies Announce 13 Member Squad For ODI Series Against India. 13 players were selected to face India in three matches of the CG United ODI-Series today by the CWI Senior Men’s Selection Panel.
The CG United trophy will be up for grabs with three matches taking place in Jamaica at the historic Queen’s Park Oval on July 22, 24, 27. Matches are scheduled to begin at 9:30 a.m.
After missing the Bangladesh Series, Jason Holder returned to the West Indies’ team as one of their all-format players. The Selection Committee decided to recall him for the upcoming series against India.

We had a tough three match series against Bangladesh in Guyana and we will be looking to rebound when we play India in the conditions in Trinidad. WI lost to India by three-zero in a recent series. Although the series isn’t part of World Cup qualifiers, a win against India would give WI a lot of confidence.
The West Indies ODI Squad includes Nicholas Pooran who is the captain, Shai Hope and Shamarh Brooks as vice captains, Keacy Carty, Jason Holder, Akeal Hosein Alzarri Joseph Brandon King, Kyle Mayers, Gudakesh Motie Keemo Paul Rovman Powell Jayden Seales.
The West Indies cricket team has announced a thirteen-man squad for the upcoming One Day International series against India, which starts on May 10th in Antigua. The squad features six players from the Jamaica Tallawahs franchise, four players from the Barbados Tridents franchise, and three players who have recently signed with the Windies squad – all of whom are new to international cricket. Notably absent from the list is medium pacer Alzarri Joseph, who was ruled out of the series due to an ankle injury.
