WELCOMING KAMILA VOKOUN HÁJKOVÁ TO FAI AND SAYING GOODBYE TO SÉGOLÈNE ROUILLON
WELCOMING KAMILA VOKOUN HÁJKOVÁ TO FAI AND SAYING GOODBYE TO SÉGOLÈNE ROUILLON. In the next weeks, Kamila Vokoun Hájková will begin working at the FAI Secretariat in Lausanne, while Ségolène Rouillon will be leaving her post there.
Ségolène Rouillon will depart the position in the coming weeks. Switzerland will serve as the host country for both of these events. These two events are going to take place sometime in the near future, perhaps within the next several weeks.
ARRIVAL
I am overjoyed to share the information that on August 2, 2022, Ms Kamila Vokoun Hájková will be joining us here at the FAI Secretariat. I hope you find this news as exciting as I do. I say this on behalf of everyone else working in the FAI Secretariat right now.
Kamila will be responsible for assisting all FAI Members and Commissions with administrative and logistical matters, such as meetings, documents, awards, and the organisation of the General Conference, in her role as the Members & Commissions Relations Manager, which she will assume soon. Kamila will have this responsibility going forward. In particular, it will be Kamila’s responsibility to provide assistance to these groups with a variety of topics, such as meetings, documentation, and the organisation of the General Conference. This role will be assumed by Kamila as of the first of October, and she will be accountable for doing it.
Due to her past work experience at an international sports federation, she will also be responsible for anti-doping efforts in her new role as manager of the anti-doping programme. This is due to the fact that she has previous work experience at an international sports organisation. This is because she had held a position at a prestigious international sports organisation where she gained valuable professional experience.
Even though Kamila was born in the Czech Republic, she has been a resident of the Lausanne area for a significant number of years at this point. She competed at the Olympic Games at the highest level of ice skating, and she has more than eight years of experience managing sports teams and projects. Her background includes taking part in competitions at the highest possible level of the sport. She has a profound understanding of the nuances that are present in the world of sports as a result of her experiences as a graduate of the International Academy of Sport Science and Technology in Lausanne (AISTS), an active athlete, and a coach and technical judge for figure skating. She also holds a degree in figure skating.
Her first language is Czech, but she is also fluent in English and German, and both French and Russian are understandable to an advanced level for her. Her mother tongue is Czech. The Czech Republic is where she was born and raised. In addition to that, she can communicate adequately in French and German, both of which are foreign languages. After accepting the position that was offered to her, she will devote all of her time to working in the FAI Secretariat.
On Friday, July 8, we will say our goodbyes to Ségolène Rouillon, who has served as Head of Administration, Manager of Members and Services, and Manager of Anti-Doping. Ségolène has held these positions for the past three years. Throughout the course of the previous several years, Ségolène has held various posts. We are utterly heartbroken that what has taken place.
Ségolène has made the decision to resign from her position as the Office Manager for the Federation in order to pursue a career in office management for a company based in Lausanne. She has been employed at the FAI Secretariat for a combined total of twelve years, bringing the total number of years she has spent working there up to twenty-four. We would want to take this opportunity to not only thank her for all of the hard work that she has done at the Federation over the past several years but also to wish her the best of luck in the years to come. Because of opportunities like this, we would like to take the time to express our gratitude to her.
“We are sad to see Ségolène leave after working at the FAI for such a long length of time,” said Markus Haggeney, who is the Secretary-General of the FAI. “Ségolène has been an integral part of the FAI for so many years.” She has been an incredible asset to the firm, both as a worker and as a member of the team, and she has made a significant contribution to the Federation. Her work has been an important factor in the success of the company. When she passes away, everybody will miss her in a significant way.
