2023 Australian Open: In his first-round match at the Rod Laver Arena, Andy Murray defeated Matteo Berrettini with a stunning victory thanks to an epic rally.

The Scotsman will be looking for retribution after losing to Berrettini in the third round of the US Open last year.

Murray will have a huge boost of confidence if he wins in the first round of the Australian Open.
His coach, Ivan Lendl, has been by his side in Australia.
Last year, Lendl joined Murray’s team again, and he has mostly been coaching Murray from a distance. Murray has also stated that he is in good shape for the Australian Open and that he is accustomed to the metal hip in his body. I do believe that my body is accustomed to the metal hip now.
“If you talk about the process of aging when I was 33. I was getting way more issues with my body than I’m getting now at 35 and a half. Just because my body is used to the new hip,” he stated.
