Umran Malik – Indian Cricketer
Umran Malik was born in Jammu and Kashmir on 22 November 1999. He made his debut in the 2020-21 Syed Mushtaq Ali trophy. He played for sunrisers Hyderabad in the 2021 IPL as a replacement for T.Natarajan. In the 2022 IPL series, he was also named as EMERGING PLAYER OF THE TOURNAMENT. Malik took his first five wickets in the 2022 Twenty20 cricket series, he was also taken in the 2022 international Twenty20 squad against South Africa.
ACHIEVEMENTS:
Umran Malik At the age of 17, he planned to lead his career in the sports profession. He joined the Jammu and Kashmir council to get trained professionally. He is the fastest bowler cum batsman and he is a right-arm player. In his career statistics his achievements in IPL, he played 17 matches and he scored 2 runs, balls bowled 372, wickets taken 24, bowling average 19.69, 540 runs in bowling career, 5w in a row. The fastest delivery for one of his bowling is 152.95 Kph in 2021.
Personal Life:
Umran Malik father still continues to sell fruits after his son’s successful sports career. He is really a young sports person who is going to pursue his career in sports and he found out his talent in gully cricket which is so famous in India and until taken by ICC he played only with the tennis ball, but after coming to ICC he started playing with grace ball and that let him make a turn in his career and he still loves playing gully cricket and in his childhood he had a special love for cricket which made him move to start his career on and with the help of his coach from Assam helped him to shape his bowling into ICC career with a lot of passion. But Malik felt a bit disappointed because of the inferiority he faced in the team as he was a new member of the team or squad.
