Umran Malik was born on 22 November 1999 and is also known by his nickname Jammu Express. He plays in the Indian Cricket Team in limited-overs cricket. Umran is a Right-arm fast bowler. Umran debuted his cricket career for India in June 2022 against Ireland.
He also plays in the Indian Premier League. In April 2021, Malik was selected to play in the Indian Premier League (IPL) for Sunrisers Hyderabad as one of three net bowlers for the 2021 Indian Premier League(IPL). Umran debuted his IPL career on October 3, 2021, against Kolkata Knight Riders.
He got much love and attention from the people when he bowled five balls continuously in a row at more than 150 km. Due to this, he made his name as a net bowler for the India team for the 2021 ICC Men’s T20 World Cup. The ODI debut of Umran Malik was made on 25 November 2022 against New Zealand.
