Top Indian Cricket Cricketer Suryakumar Yadav’s 360 Fast Kicks
Top Indian Cricket Cricketer Suryakumar Yadav’s 360 Fast Kicks: Ricky Ponting has said that Suryakumar Yadav is “just about as good” as AB de Villiers was for South Africa and should be put in the No.4 bowler’s spot at the next T20 World Cup. Ponting also said that Suryakumar should bat in his preferred position of No. 4.
India’s 31-year-old sensation, Suryakumar Yadav, has been destroying the cricket world ever since he debuted in March last year. He has scored 340 runs in 13 ODIs and 672 in 23 T20Is, both at a strike rate of 175.46. He is also the record holder for most runs in T20Is with an average of 37.33 while maintaining a 175 strike rate.
Considering his performances in T20s, Ricky Ponting praised Suryakumar’s ability to be supremely confident throughout the game. As always, Ponting used the comparison of Suryakumar with one of the best players ever, AB de Villiers. Recognized as a player who likes to bat around the field, this is not an unusual comparison to make.
He backs himself and believes he can conquer any situation, giving him overwhelming confidence in his success. The ICC Review with Ponting expects Suryakumar to be the MVP for their next game.
Yadav is an impressive batsman who scores many runs with his agility and skills around the ground. He’s particularly strong on the leg side, flicks to deep backward square, and is also a good player of fast deliveries as well as spin.
Ponting’s response was to say that Suryakumar should bat at the No. 4 position, while Virat Kohli should bat at the No. 3 position for India in the upcoming T20 World Cup in Australia.
“Number four is his best spot because he likes to play in the middle, but number one is still his favorite spot,” Ponting explained before going out on a limb and predicting that Virat Kohli doesn’t deserve to be opening batting. He has batted at number three since he entered the team and I think this will continue if only to avoid the new ball while batting. The top four spots are no contest in my opinion. Number four is Khawaja and number two or one is SB
