The top 10 African teams in the FIFA Ranking are on the top is Morocco, ahead of reining AFCON Champions Senegal.
The World Cup is showing the strength of the Atlas Lions ended in 2022.

Morocco was one of the biggest climbers worldwide after their historic success in the Semi-finals of the World Cup.
Despite reaching the World Cup knockout stage after Morocco overcame Senegal to become the highest-ranked African team, the Lions of Tarenga dropped one place from 18th to 19th.
The Atlas Lions now rank 11th, the highest position by an African team since Egypt finished ninth in 2010.
Tunisia remained unchanged in 30th place after failing to get out of their group despite a 1–0 win over France in the final group match at the World Cup.
Cameroon took a long jump of 10 places to 33rd worldwide and fourth in Africa following their performance at the World Cup, in which they drew with Serbia and defeated Brazil.
Nigeria fell three places to 35th, In the top 10 Africa are Algeria (40) left Egypt (39), Mali (45), Ivory Coast (47), and Burkina Faso (50) are complete in the top 10.
Ghana’s Black Stars moved up three places from 61st to 58th, while South Africa remained unchanged at 67th.
