In the 2013–14 NBA season, Kawhi Leonard and the San Antonio Spurs defeated the Miami Heat to claim their first NBA championship. Several superstars, including Tim Duncan, Tony Parker, and Manu Ginobili, were on the roster for the Spurs. In 2014, Leonard won Most Valuable Player of the Finals for his outstanding defensive performance against the Miami Heat, particularly LeBron James.
