Thiago Alcantara Biography Facts. Thiago Alcántara do Nascimento, more commonly referred to as just Thiago, is a central midfielder for both the Spanish national team and the German club FC Bayern Munich.
He is also a member of the Brazilian national team. As a professional footballer for Spain, he was born on April 11, 1991, in the city of San Pietro Vernotico, which is located in Italy. His birthplace is Italy. He has triumphed in the La Liga, the UEFA Champions League, and the FIFA Club World Cup, each time taking home one of those competitions’ respective trophies.
