While responding to a fan on X, Inter Miami captain Lionel Messi stressed that he must arrive for training at the same time as the rest of the group.
The Argentine legend joined the Herons last summer after his contract with Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) expired.
Messi had an immediate impression in the MLS, scoring 11 goals and assisting five times in 14 games for Inter Miami. Messi responded:

Lionel Messi was influential in his club’s first-ever prize, as he assisted them in winning the first Leagues Cup in 2023.
In the last year, Inter Miami has signed three of Messi’s former teammates: Sergio Busquets, Jordi Alba, and now Luis Suarez.
After only a few months in the league, the three Busquets, Alba, and Messi were nominated for the MLS end-of-year honors.

Messi won over the new MLS fans by making an immediate impression in his debut game.
