The disparity in pay between the two leagues is well-known, and as the IPL 2022 Auction has progressed, it has become even more apparent. Compared to the Indian Premier League (IPL), which began eight years before Pakistan’s biggest domestic cricket event, the HBL Pakistan Super League (PSL) began in 2016.
In the seven years of HBL PSL history, open doors were given to youthful and arising players from one side of the planet to the other to grandstand their ability and become famous on the worldwide stage. Due to their participation in the league, names like Shadab Khan, Hasan Ali, Asif Ali, Liam Livingstone, Dawid Malan, Sam Billings, Phil Salt, and a lot of others came to attention.
The Indian Premier League, on the other hand, is a more established franchise competition that has the resources to pay top-tier players all over the world a lot of money. The league includes well-known players like Pat Cummins, David Warner, Kagiso Rabada, Kane Williamson, Quinton de Kock, and Glenn Maxwell.
How much contrast in the compensation size of the two associations is not confidential and taking a gander at the IPL 2022 Closeout, it has become more unmistakable. To give you an example, the Multan Sultan’s Tim David was paid $130,000 in the PSL and sold to the Mumbai Indians for $1.1 million in the IPL.
