Erling Haaland and Jack Grealish have jokingly referred to Ruben Dias as the team’s “biggest fraud.” They made the joke that the Portuguese star works out too much, but it doesn’t show.
A few football players were riveted by the Oscars on Sunday night. Grealish and Haaland, on the other hand, had other ideas and planned their own impromptu Oscars in the car.
Ruben Dias will receive their award for the largest fraud, which they agreed to award to him. Grealish declared:
“Ruben Dias will receive this honor for the largest fraud. He works out four times a day in the gym, but we never see anything. Recollect when we played [Borussia] Dortmund a couple of years prior and he got bodied by this man.”
Added Haaland:
“Yeah, I mean, he goes to the gym every day, and the results… where are the results? They can’t be seen from anywhere.”
At Manchester City, Jack Grealish is slowly getting back to his best:
Aston Villa paid a record amount to sign Jack Grealish, but he didn’t do well in his first season. In recent weeks, the Manchester City star has slowly begun to perform at his best, demonstrating why Pep Guardiola pursued him.
Dean Smith, the English forward’s former manager, stated that the forward will soon reach his peak and that he is the best player he has worked with. He stated,
“He has displayed at Manchester City moments. Jack still talks to me a lot, and he wants to be more consistent. However, he is playing against a lot of great players there, and he is one of them. Working with him was wonderful; he is the best player I’ve ever worked with. He was one of the best I had worked with, I said in the press after I had been at Aston Villa for about six months.”
Smith continued:
“He saw that, and the next morning he came to see me to inquire about the other players who were as good as him. It wasn’t him being large-headed, he recently had that craving and want to be awesome and to improve.”
In 21 Premier League games this season, Grealish has scored three goals and provided four assists.
