No matter that player has a National contract or gets placed in the national selection team, any Indian player cant participate in the foreign league without the permission of the board.
Now he wants permission from BCCI, IPL mega auction Raina’s Cricket fans are expecting that any team would definitely buy them.

Now he has requested the BCCI to play in foreign T20 leagues like Big Bash League or Caribbean Premier League.

I still get emotional thinking that I will never get a chance to play for India again. But, I have made some special memories while playing in India.”
