The ICC Men’s U-19 World Cup 2024 will now go on to the Super Six phase when the group stage matches are over. Twelve teams have advanced to the Super Six round, which kicks off on January 30. The Super Six round of the competition will include the top three squads from each of the four categories in the first round. The nations that advanced from Group B and Group C will play in the second group of the Super Six stage, while the teams that qualified from Group A and Group D will participate in one group.
South Africa, England, West Indies, Australia, Sri Lanka, and Zimbabwe have qualified from Groups B and C, while India, Bangladesh, Ireland, Pakistan, New Zealand, and Nepal have advanced to the Super Six phase from Groups A and D. Notably, all teams will retain the points and NRR they acquired during their previous round matches against other Super Six qualifying clubs.
Scotland, Afghanistan, USA, and Namibia—the four teams who did not make it to the Super Six round—will compete in the playoffs for the final four spots.
