Sports authority adds incentive salary to full-time football: It has been declared by the Public Authority for Sports that full-time football players will receive an incentive wage of 800 Kuwaiti dinars (about 2,640 dollars in the US), with the goal of supporting and encouraging them to raise their technical levels.
During a press conference held on the occasion of the launch of the second phase of sports professionalism, the Acting Director General of the Authority, Dr. Saqr Al-Mulla, stated that the incentive salary is added to the wage of the players from their government work or the private sector, in which the government owns more than 50 percent, offered that the rest of the games are joined with football in the third stage.
