Significant WWE announcement starring Shawn Michaels and The Undertaker. With more legendary battles over the years, the A&E documentary series “WWE Rivals” has returned for a new season.
The show’s first two installments focused on the rivalry between Triple H and The Rock, as well as the conflict between Jake “The Snake” Roberts and Randy Savage, the “Macho Man.”
The Undertaker and Shawn Michaels will be featured on the forthcoming episode, which is scheduled to debut next week, and will explore their iconic Wrestlemania matches over the years, according to the announcement.
“Thank you for tuning in! Next week at 8/7c on WWE Superstar Sunday, an ALL-NEW WWE Rivals featuring @Undertaker vs. @ShawnMichaels premieres at 8/7c, followed by a new Biography: WWE Legends featuring the life and legacy of Scott Hall. #WWEonAE.”
Among the most respected Superstars in WWE history is Randy Orton. With more than 20 years of experience, The Viper has cemented his place as one of the best performers in the professional wrestling industry.
Shawn Michaels praised 14-time World Champion Randy for walking out of the shadow of his iconic father, Cowboy Bob Orton, and forging his own path in the most recent A&E Biography: WWE Legends program. The Orton surname, Michaels emphasized, was only a coincidence.
“I’m not sure how many legacies come in and surpass the one that came before them, and I say that disparaging his father in any way, but Randy emerged from that shadow and did everything by himself in a very short period of time. It was only a lucky coincidence that Orton was his last name, according to Michaels.
In the most recent Friday Night SmackDown broadcast, Randy engaged in singles action against Austin Theory.
