The first match of the 3-match ODI series between India and the West Indies was starts on 22 July, Under the leadership of Shikhar Dhawan.

“Under Rule 2.22 of the ICC Code of Conduct book for Players and Players’ Support Staff on Minimum Over Rates, players get charge by 20 percent of their match fees for each over bowled less than their team’s stipulated time”.
