Former India cricketer Ambapratsinhji Jadeja died on Tuesday due to a Covid-19 infection. He was 69 years old. Saurashtra Cricket Association gave this information.
The SCA issued a statement saying,
‘Everyone in the Saurashtra Cricket Association is in mourning on the demise of former Saurashtra cricketer Ambapratapsinhji Jadeja. He died in Valsad early today while battling Covid-19.
Former BCCI secretary Niranjan Shah said in a condolence message,
‘Ambapratapsinhji was a wonderful player and I had good conversations with him on cricket many times. May God rest his soul in peace.

His career spanned from 1973-74 to 1974-75.
Jadeja scored 100 runs and took 10 wickets in eight first-class matches.
His highest score was 27 runs while the best performance in bowling was three wickets for 43 runs.
