Sal’s Pizza Partners With The Patriots and Revolution
Sal’s Pizza Partners With The Patriots and Revolution: The Patriots and Revolution have both signed on with Sal’s Pizza as their official sponsor. They’ve broadened the scope of their existing endorsement deals with the Celtics, Bruins, and Red Sox to include all Massachusetts sports teams.
This month, Sal’s Pizza will be a sponsor of both the New England Patriots and the New England Revolution.
Because they recently signed a multi-million dollar contract with Gillette Stadium, they are now the official pizza provider. They also serve as the official pizza company of all major professional sports teams in New England, including but not limited to the Red Sox, Bruins, Celtics, Patriots and Revolution.
Salvatore Lupoli first started Sal’s in 1990 and hoped for success. For years and decades, he put in a lot of effort toward making his pizza shop successful. He knew it was something special.
After two decades of business, Lupoli share the story of how starting his company at 22 was both thrilling and terrifying. It makes my heart happy to see what it has become after more than 20 years have passed.
The company now has 16 stores around Massachusetts and New Hampshire, offering copycat pizza along with other food. They have ovens in major sports arenas where you can also get personal pizzas. They also sell their food from a mobile food truck.
Lupoli, who was born and raised in Chelmsford, received his bachelor’s degree from Northeastern University with a major in commerce and the goal of becoming an entrepreneur of real estate. While at Northeastern, he participated in an apprenticeship in the North End where they taught him all the ins and outs of the pizza industry. He commuted there and back on the Green Line system.
He says that his parents were the ones who gave him sound advice, not teachers at his schools.
The reason behind Lupoli’s success has been to take on the most honorable and complicated companies. “If you use the best materials and you manufacture the biggest product and sell it for the best price, you should do the most business,” Lupoli said. Those pillars served as the blueprint for how Lupoli planned on achieving success, what she would eventually say.
In 1990, Sal’s Cheese Pizzas were priced at $4.99 each and they measured 19 inches in diameter.
If you want to try the fresh, gourmet pizzas made using all natural ingredients, you may pay between $16 and $19 for one. The pizzas are made with high-quality brands, just like their predecessors have been for the past 32 years.
Florence-based Lupoli’s excited to discover that places around the state offer food of this caliber, which is prepared from scratch.
In all of the top sporting teams in the world, these clubs have recently decided to switch to fresh pizza. These clubs sell their special pizzas for a reason, and it turns out that they bake them in ovens on site.
Gillette is continuing its tradition of supporting the local New England region through partnerships with startup companies such as Lupoli Companies. As always, Sergio would like to start his own real estate business, a desire that has lingered for decades.
This mixed-use property includes residential, commercial, and hospitality spaces. It is the company’s largest property portfolio. Some of their well-known properties include Thorndike Exchange in Lowell and Riverwalk Innovation District in Haverhol, both of which are primarily located in the Merrimack Valley.
