The Durban SuperGiants defeated MI Cape Town by 36 runs on Tuesday at Newlands in Cape Town to record their fourth victory of the SA20 2024. The Super Giants first batsman made a heroic 48 off 46 balls. Mulder, batting lower on the order, energized the game with a stunning 38-run blowout off just 20 pitches.

In the five games they have played thus far, the Royals have triumphed four times. With three victories in five games, Sunrisers Eastern Cape climbs to third place. They have already gained 15 points and have only dropped one game.
MI With only two victories in six games, Cape Town has only nine points overall. They are now ranked fourth. The Johannesburg Super Kings’ season hasn’t started off well. They have only won once in their last five games, and they are mired in second place from the bottom.
The Pretoria Capitals have only won one game in their last five games, placing them at the very bottom of the standings.
