The first season of the franchise T20 league in South Africa is almost here. The year 2023’s SA20 will begin on January 10. MI Cape Town and Paarl Royals will battle it out in the opening game. On February 11, the SA20 2023 final will take place. In the SA20 2023 tournament, six teams will compete against one another.
They are the Sunrisers Eastern Cape, Pretoria Capitals, MI Cape Town, Paarl Royals, Durban Super Giants, Joburg Super Kings, and Pretoria Capitals. During the league stage, each of these teams will meet twice. During SA20 2023, a total of 33 games will be played. After the group stage, the top four teams in the points table from the six teams will advance to the semi-finals.
In the final, the winners of the semi-finals will compete against each other. The tournament features a large number of players from South Africa and other countries. David Miller is the captain of Paarl Royals, while Rashid Khan is the skipper of MI Cape Town. Faf du Plessis is in charge of the Joburg Super Kings, while Quinton de Kock is in charge of the Durban Super Giants.

SA T20 league 2023 Point table and Standings Rules :
There will be a single points table in SA20 2023 league. Out of the 6 teams, the top 4 teams at the top of the points table after the league stage will qualify for the semi-finals. The rest two teams will be eliminated from the league. The winners of the semi-finals will lock horns in the final.
