Captain
They’re Both team captains announced in early 2022 is Zach Johnson was a captain of the U.S. Team on 28 February. And the European team captain is Henrik Stenson on 15 March.
Due to his choice to join LIV Golf, Stenson was fired from his position in July 2022. Luke Donald was named the next captain of the European team on August 1st, 2022.
Vice Captains
For the European team, Thomas Bjorn and Edoardo Molinari were named vice-captains by Stenson. Donald retained him as vice-captain. In November 2022, Donald named Nicolas Colsaerts as the team’s third vice-captain. On 2 August 2023, Jose María Olazabal was named the fourth vice-captain. Francesco Molinari was named the fifth and final vice-captain, On 16 August 2023.
The Steve Stricker was named as the first vice-captain of the U.S. Team. on 17 January 2023. The second vice-captain was named Davis Love. They third vice-captain was named Jim Furyk on 8 May 2023, the fourth vice-captain was named Fred Couples on 10 May 2023, and the last fifth and final vice-captain was named Francesco Molinari.
