Qatar: No Visa Needed For Non-Qatari Residents Of The Country With World Cup Tickets: The 2022 FIFA World Cup will allow automatic entry without visas for the non-Qatari residents who have the Hayya card. This announcement was made on Thursday by communications representatives of the 2022 FIFA World Cup organizing committee.
