It is opening the wide window once again after destroying the Boston Celtics in six games. GSW won the fourth Larry O’Brien Trophy in eight seasons. 

The good news is that the greatest trio of all-time I.e. Draymond Green, Klay Thompson, and Stephen Curry are retained. The Golden State is all set to maintain the proper control on all fronts till the end of the next season. Jordan Poole and Andrew Wiggins can get the extensions in the summer. James Wiseman, Moses Moody, and Jonathan Kuminga are locking into the deals for the upcoming next two seasons.

Here are three major targets for the Golden State Warriors’ post-winning championship – 

1. P.J. Tucker

There is hardly any match to Boston’s defense after January 1st. Golden State Warriors had outplayed Ime Udoka’s team while competing in a championship. The collective activities, smartness, and length are what keep the young Celtics in the offensive competition. 

2. Danuel House Jr.

After facing the dismissal from the Orlando bubble in 2020, House is trying to find a spot in the league again. Earlier he was found breaking the protocols and bringing an unauthorized guest to the Walt Disney World Campus. Post that, Utah Jazz was signed for a ten-day contract in January. He is an emerging defending star after facing another disappointment as Luka Doncic in a playoff flameout. 

3. Nicolas Batum

Most of the signs are pointing to the return of Batum to the LA Clippers. He has been confirming the speculations too. He is all set to return along with Kawhi Leonard, Ty Lue, and Paul George. All of them are planning to opt out of the current deal and would be the third most deserving targets of the Golden State Warriors.
