PCB to donate part of gate money from the England T20 series: On Sunday, the Pakistan Cricket Board announced that it will contribute a sizeable portion of the gate money it earns from the Twenty20 series against England to the Prime Minister’s Relief Fund for the people of Pakistan who have been affected by the recent flooding.
An official from the PCB stated that the board will calculate the projected earnings from gate money in the series and then donate a large amount by the beginning of the next week. This donation will subsequently be reconciled after the series is held.
A relief fund has been established to assist the thousands of individuals in Pakistan who have been left without a home as a result of the destruction and deaths that have been caused by severe monsoon rains and flash floods.
According to an official statement released by the PCB, the proceeds from the gate sales of the first Twenty20 international that was played against England will be contributed to the fund.
The first match of the T20 series between Pakistan and England is set to take place at the National Stadium in this city. The series will consist of seven matches.
Since June, rain-related incidents have been responsible for the deaths of around one thousand individuals in Pakistan and have left thousands more homeless.

During England’s first visit of Pakistan in 17 years, they will compete in a total of seven Twenty20 Internationals.
The first four matches will take place in Karachi on September 20, 22, 23, and 25, and the last three matches will take place in Lahore on September 28, 30, and October 2.
Late in the month of November, England will make their return for three Test matches, which will take place in Rawalpindi (December 1-5), Multan (December 9-13), and Karachi (December 14-18). (December 17-21).
