Rules for Orange Cap in IPL 2023
- The Orange Cap will be awarded to the player with the most runs at the end of IPL 2033, including playoff games.
- Players who lead the run-scoring list can wear the Orange Cap on the field as the season progresses.
- In case more than one player has a similar number of runs at the season’s end then the hitter with the best strike range will take the Orange Cap.
- The Orange Cap race will not take into account the Super Overruns.
