Ons Jabeur, a tennis player from Tunisia, was thrilled to receive a package from Naomi Osaka containing the “Naomi x Victoria’s Secret” collection.
Jabeur has only won three of her five matches so far in the 2023 season, which has been rather disappointing. However, the Tunisian tennis star will face Magdalena Frech in Indian Wells to begin her campaign. Jabeur will try to make it easy for himself to advance to the third round.
Daria Kasatkina and Elena Rybakina are potential opponents for the Tunisian in the quarterfinals. She has a good chance of making it to the semi-finals if she gets a good draw. At Indian Wells, Jabeur has a chance to win her second WTA 1000 title if she plays to her full potential.
In the meantime, Naomi Osaka announced in February that she would collaborate with Victoria’s Secret on a new campaign. Ons Jabeur was ecstatic when she presented him with a package containing the collection.
Jabeur thanked Osaka for the present via social media on March 10th.
On her Instagram story, Jabeur wrote, “Thank you @naomiosaka.”
Being a part of Naomi Osaka’s sports agency is exciting for Ons Jabeur.
Ons Jabeur joined Osaka’s Evolve Sports Agency in January.
In 2022, Naomi Osaka and Stuart Duguid established the sports management organization, which currently represents a number of athletes, including Osaka and Nick Kyrgios. Jabeur and Adel Aref, her business partner, joined Evolve.
On social media, Jabeur responded to Evolve’s announcement.
Jabeur posted on social media, “New Year, New Beginnings with Adel Aref and @thisisevolve.”
In her message, the Japanese tennis star affectionately thought back about their most memorable experience during the WTA Rising Stars occasion in 2015, which was held in Singapore.
Osaka, Jabeur, Zhu Lin, and Caroline Garcia were among the sport’s most promising players who competed in the tournament just before the WTA Finals.
Osaka wrote, “When I first met Ons at the WTA Rising Stars event in 2015, my first thought was, ‘Wow, she’s the nicest person I’ve ever met.'”
She went on to describe how the World No. 4 cracked jokes to make her feel at ease and welcome.
Osaka stated, “I was extremely shy, so all I could ever do was mumble out a few words.” However, she always approached me, made jokes, and made me feel more at ease.
