Neymar Jr., a superstar player for Paris Saint-Germain (PSG), has taken to Instagram to respond to irate fans’ demands for his departure. According to Get French Football News, the most fervent ultra group in Paris, Collectif Ultras Paris, marched to the Brazilian superstar’s residence in Paris on Wednesday, May 3. “Neymar, get lost!” they chanted in front of his gate.
The ultras had begun their protest before that in front of the French giants’ headquarters. They used Fabrizio Romano’s Twitter account to express their displeasure with superstar forward Lionel Messi before targeting his teammate and close friend.
Neymar responded by posting the following Instagram message, which was cited by Get French Football News on Twitter: “Try not to consider individuals to place you in their tempest, however, put them in your tranquility.”
The drama started after it was reported that PSG was upset about Messi’s recent illegal trip to Saudi Arabia, where he missed training. They went on to say that the club was going to find the Argentine superstar and suspend him for two weeks.
Fabrizio Romano, a transfer news expert, then tweeted that Messi’s contract would expire this summer, ending his time at Parc des Princes. It is set to stop a move that guaranteed a lot of progress but conveyed very little.
