It is the eighteenth edition of the tournament which is under the administration of the Pakistan Cricket Board. It is going to be a Double round-robin and final. There are going to be 6 participants for the tournament.

The winner of the tournament will be bagging prize money of Rs. 9 million. The winners of the National T20 Cup 2021 will be receiving the cash prize of Rs. 50 lakhs. The second finalist for the league will be receiving the cash prize of Rs. 25 lakhs.
The best player of each match will receive a cash price of Rs. 25,000. Rs. 35,000 will be a cash prize for the man of the final of this event. Rs. 90 lakhs will be the cash prize as a monthly stipend and match fee for the players which the domestic contract.
The players from the domestic contract from the season will be getting Rs 18-32 lakhs as their salary.
