“January 26 this year is quite special as it is on when India completes 75 years of independence from colonial times. So I decided to write a letter to you and other friends of India expressing gratitude for your love for India. I look forward to seeing you continue to work together with our country and our people. I wish you a very Happy Republic Day and look forward to talking to you in the times to come.”
