About one and a half years ago, Madhya Pradesh Cricket Association started a talent search program at the behest of Sanjay Jagdale. Khurasia did the work of improving the raw talent received in this talent search.
The pair of coach & captain- Chandrakant Pandit and Aditya Srivastava
23 years ago, as a captain, Chandrakant Pandit could not do that work, he again got the opportunity to do that work, not as a player or captain but as a coach. The interesting thing is that the venue of the final was also the same where he lost the final match as a captain. New captain Aditya Srivastava also handled the team very well and took the best out of them.
