Liverpool is all set for Mohamed Salah’s exit after the next season
The Summer transfer window for the coming season is here, many teams are rebuilding their squad while many are releasing their existing players. There’s a lot of gossip and rumors running on who’s going where and what franchises are looking for. The recent buzz of Mohammed Salah to exit Liverpool by the end of the 2022-23 season as stated by Daily Mirror.
If reports are to be believed, Liverpool will let him leave this summer since his future is uncertain.
The 30-year-old player is moving into the last of the contract with Liverpool. The reds have already seen Sadio Mane depart Merseyside, Salah might follow suit. Despite many efforts by the club to secure a new deal with Salah as seen in recent weeks, the latest buzz indicates that the Reds are now preparing to leave Salah.
The Egyptian star player contributed 36 goals last season in 36 premier league games. As per the speculations, Jurgen Klopp’s side has been offered a $60 Million Price-tag for his transfer.
Will any club look to test Salah in the current window?
Salah is expecting a pay raise to reflect his effect and importance at Anfield. Liverpool has been stricken with wage structure and they are not ready to break it which cost them, Mane. Now! Salah also might leave.
Currently, the top earners at Liverpool earn £220,000 per week, and the forward-looking to raise £400,000 per week. Looking at the current situation on the deal, there seems to be no clear resolution. Either Liverpool will be forced to cut losses or Salah will leave next season.
Real Madrid is keeping an eye on the situation

After losing out on Kylian Mbappe this summer, they are looking for Salah. Real Madrid’s are lured to be European champions and see Liverpool and Salah in the finals in Paris. Although Florentino has no plan for signing a deal with the striker, the Egypt forward Salah is looking like an attractive opportunity for them.
Liverpool might bid for Portugal international player
With the current situation, the exit of Salah is quite possible, Liverpool is looking to bid for Porto’s Portugal international Otavio at a £34 Million bid. Liverpool has already signed three members this summer, according to reports by Mirror, Porto is expecting Liverpool to firm their interest in Otavio. They believe Liverpool will submit a bid this week, more than what Leeds is preparing to pay.
Meanwhile, the player’s agent is trying to strike a deal for his client with Primeira Liga who is willing to pay up to £38 Million. Since joining Porto, Otavio has played 237 games and contributed 24 goals and 62 assets.
With the summer window open, it would be interesting to see if Liverpool will be able to strike a deal with Salah or if they will go for Otavio.
