List of MLB All Star Games
List of MLB All Star Games: Albert Pujols and Miguel Cabrera, two all-time great batters, made their last appearance together in the All-Star Game in 2015 when Albert was still with the Angels. The pair appeared on the National League team 4 times while Miguel was playing for the Marlins.
12 times All-Stars and 11 times MVPs among the active players, Cabrera and Pujols are a close second though the MLB still has players with more appearances. With their last appearance in 2013, this will be for both of them their 12th time going to the All-Star game.
Hank Aaron has the leading all-time MLB All-Star Game appearances.
In Hank Aarons streak of consecutive All-Star games, he made 25 consecutive appearances from 1955 to 1975.

It might look strange because Aaron had more appearances than seasons played, but the reason is simple: There were two All-Star Games in a row.
Mark McLemore is one of the few to get more than 15 All-Star appearances which includes Willie Mays, Stan Musial, Mickey Mantle. He did this by playing in 2 separate all-star games.

Aaron will stay the top ranked player for years to come and is hard to beat. Cabrera and Pujols are making appearances in their final season so they won’t be challenging the record set by Aaron.
José Cabrera is close to Aaron’s total of 12. If he makes it to his next three All-Star games, he’ll tie for the 10th most-ever as a player. Mike Trout has 10 All-Star appearances too, but if he waits until next season to make it too year 11, he won’t tie Yadier Molina who announced this will be his final season.

Troy is one of the best players in the last 12 years. He has been to the All-Star Game 10 out of 12 seasons, which is 83% of his seasons. The only 2 exceptions are 2011 when he made his debut and 2020, where there was no All-Star Game.
Aaron was 41 when he had his final All-Star Game, while if Trout were elected to every All-Star Game available, by the time Aaron would have been named to 21 games, he would be on an equal pace. No other player on this list has equaled the same record.
