The First Season of Lanka Premier League was held between 26th November 2020 to 16th December 2020. All the matches were played at only one venue. Mahinda Rajapaksa International Cricket Stadium, Hambantota host the previous season of Lanka Premier League. Galle Gladiators vs Jaffna Stallions played the 1st Final of Lanka Premier League Jaffna Stallions defeated Galle Gladiators and win major LPL titles. Also, Wahindu Hasaranga was awarded as the Player of the series.
