Krunal Pandya of India will play for premier English county Warwickshire in the Royal London Cup One Day Championship from August 2-23, according to the county club. He has appeared in 19 T20Is and five ODIs, totaling 76 List A appearances, scoring 2,231 runs and taking 89 wickets.

The player is a wonderful addition for the club, and I’m happy to welcome him to Edgbaston. Krunal will offer a lot of tournament exposure to a team that will be keen to succeed, Director of Cricket Paul Farbrace shared statement to the media.
The left-arm spinner and left-handed hitter, had his ODI debut in 2021 versus England. Wherein he scored the quickest half-century in ODI history in 26 balls. Krunal was described by Farbrace as a “globe’s all-rounder player.”
Farbrace remarked that they will lose players to The 100 as a result of our great T20 achievements. And that is something that usually happens to strong teams. “It’s a terrific opportunity to add a world-renowned all-rounder to an exciting squad,” Farbrace continued. Krunal, who has won numerous IPL titles with Mumbai Indians. He was a member of the Lucknow Super Giants in the previous season.
Krunal, for one, expressed his excitement at the prospect of playing international cricket. And joining a club with such a rich history as Warwickshire. Edgbaston is a great site to play cricket, and he can’t wait to call it home. He believes he will contribute to the Club’s great 50-over season, and I am going to meet my peers. In this season’s Royal London Cup competition, Warwickshire will compete eight group-stage matches, four of which will be played at home in Edgbaston. The top three counties at the completion of the group stage advance to the playoffs.
