Kieron Pollard Becomes First T20 Cricket Milestone Maker: This time last year, Kieron Pollard became the first player to play 600 Twenty20 matches. Now near 35 years old, the West Indies batter is still looking for his first century for the London Spirit in England’s Hundred.
In his 600th T20 appearance, Pollard put together an unbeaten 34-ball 11-wicket match. In his 600 matches, he has accumulated 11,723 runs and 309 wickets. Pollard is the second highest scorer in Twenty20 cricketer history behind Chris Gayle.
Mr. Simmons has played for 19 different teams across 16 years, including India, England, Australia, Pakistan, Bangladesh, the West Indies and South Africa.
Pollard has been a key member of the team since his time in Mumbai, and the list of players who have appeared most in the last 14 years of T20 cricket is as follows.

Pollard retired from international cricket after a long 15 years of service. He won the T20I World Cup as captain of West Indies in 2012 but was ruled out of the winning campaign in 2016, He is now enjoying his time with his family.
Kieron Pollard became the first player in cricket history to score 600 T20 matches on Monday. He achieved the feat during a game against Manchester Originals of the ongoing The Hundred tournament vs. London Spirits. Pollard made sure to make the occasion a memorable one by scoring 34 runs in just 11 balls, including one four and four big sixes.
Pollard has an incredible T20I record. In 605 games, he has scored 11,723 runs at an average of 31.34 and a best individual performance of 104. Pollard has scored centuries and half-centuries on two occasions and taken 309 wickets with a best bowling figures of 4/15.
After managing both the West Indies and Australia, Pollard is currently coaching a number of franchises including Dhaka Dynamites in Bangladesh Premier League, Multan Sultans in PSL and Karachi Kings in BPL. A large number of other franchises have included Boston Red Sox, Mumbai Indians and Adelaide Strikers
On match day, Pollard completed two sixes in his team’s opening innings, as well as adding 10 fours and going to the wicket with 37 runs alongside captain Eoin Morgan. Manchester Originals could only score 108 runs in their batting innings, while Phil Salt and Jordan Thompson combined for 36 runs. London Spirit won by 52 runs on the night.
