Jurgen Klopp Gives Six Man Utd Players A Rating Of Their Game In ‘Real Quality’
Jurgen Klopp Gives Six Man Utd Players A Rating Of Their Game In ‘Real Quality’: Liverpool football team manager Jurgen Klopp said Manchester United players have ‘real quality.’ Liverpool FC is playing Manchester United on Monday.
Liverpool manager, Jurgen Klopp, has put six Manchester United players with high quality on a list that could injure his side.
Liverpool next take on Manchester United at Old Trafford hoping to be able to reverse a poor start of theirs. They have not been too fortunate in their opening fixtures, drawing against Fulham and Crystal Palace with Darwin Nunez being suspended after headbutting an opponent in the latter game.
United has also been forced to deal with losing their first two matches under new manager, Erik ten Hag. United needs a victory and Ten Hag risks falling out of favor if he does not win against Burnley this weekend.
Ahead of Monday’s tie at Anfield, Ten Hag’s hopes could have been boosted with Saturday’s press conference. After being asked about the United squad, Klopp gave some insight into his assessment: “Football quality in midfield, whoever lines up: Christian Eriksen, Bruno Fernandes, Donny van de Beek, Fred and Scott McTominay—there is real quality there.”
The early comments Klopp made about Agbonlahor were referencing a more recent answer he had made, criticizing Fred’s thoughts about United during the match against West Brom. He had added: “It’s about how we deal with that.”
Two games I saw Anthony Martial face off against Liverpool, and if we’re going to have no idea what he will change or what he will improve on, then we have to figure it out during the game. Liverpool head coach Jurgen Klopp singled out United’s forward quality as ‘ridiculous’ before praising another player for his talent.
Jose Mourinho expects Anthony Martial to return by the time the season starts, saying his experience of playing against us in pre-season is a telltale sign. He says Martial is a player with greater speed and technique than Naby Keita.
