IPL 2023 auction is all set to take off this December 2022 where the teams have to submit the list of all the retained players by November 15.
The franchise has to submit the list of the retained played by the team to the senior officials of the IPL. The mini-auction for the upcoming season will be taking off this December mid in Bengaluru.

The salary cap will also be increasing for the player in the upcoming season. It is going to increase. The range for the season will be between 90 to 95 crores.
The players can be bid by the franchise where the balance amount remaining will be in use for the mega-auction taking for IPL.
There are chances that the franchise will release all the other players except the 15 crores players. The other release players can be of at least 10 crores or more.
After the previous auction, Punjab Kings have Rs 3.45 crore left whereas Chennai Super Kings have Rs 2.95 crore left.
On the other hand, Lucknow Super Giants have completely exhausted their full purse for the season.
Teams like Mumbai India, Delhi Capitals, and Sunrisers Hyderabad have Rs 10 lakhs left in their pockets than the previous season.
The defending champions Gujarat Titans have Rs 15 lakhs left with them. The franchise with Rs 45 lakhs left is the Kolkata Knight Riders and Rajasthan Royals have Rs 95 lakhs left. The other one is Royal Challengers Bangalore with Rs 1.55 crores remaining with them.
