He says Meerut will be getting the testing centre and the extension facility will be available in Okhla, Delhi. It will take four months for the centre and the entire project to be ready and the cost will be around 3 crores.
Testing will be starting at the centre from February 2023 first week itself. There are manufacturing thousands of helmets in Meerut. The samples were going to countries like the UK for quality tests which are easier now for India. With the testing facility here in the country itself the testing can progress in India.
The training for all the staff in the new testing centre will be provided by the expert team from Canada. They will be getting all the training before the centre opens and starts with the testing process.
