It is a part of the qualification process for the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2022. The matches for the Asian Western Sub-Regional Qualifier will be starting this October 23, 2021, and will continue till October 29, 2021.

The matches for the league will be taking place at the West End International Cricket Stadium which is established in June 2013.
The capacity for the stadium is 13,000. The first T20I match for the league took place in 2019 July.
