ICC Men’s ODI Team list is announced by International Cricket Council, In this team, 11 players have been given place, no Indian player gets a position in this list.
This award is given to that player who has impress with their bat, ball, and all-around performance in 2021.
In this list, two Pakistan players get a place but unfortunately, no Indian player gets a chance including former captain Virat Kohli.
Players of Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and other players get a chance in ICC Men’s ODI team
Sri Lanka’s Wanindu Hasaranga had a more successful year than expected, he also showed amazingly with the bat.
He established himself as one of the best spinners. Apart from this, leg-spinner Hasaranga also took 12 wickets.
This player scored 356 runs in 14 ODIs at an average of 28 and with the help of 3 half-centuries.
Pakistan’s captain Babar Azam is also active in ODIs. The right-handed batsman scored 405 runs in six matches at an average of 68 and with 2 centuries.
At the same time, his fellow player Fakhar Zaman scored 365 runs in the same number of matches at an average of 61 and with the help of hundreds.
Zaman also played an innings of 193 runs against South Africa in Johannesburg.
South African opener Jaaneman Malan and Rassie van der Dussen, who make a century against India a day earlier, have also been adopting to the ODI team.
