Following their painful semifinal loss to England, Team India will play New Zealand in a white-ball series to conclude their T20 World Cup 2022 campaign. On November 18 in Wellington, the T20I series will begin. In T20Is, Hardik Pandya will lead the team.
Ones who are rested for the New Zealand tour include senior players Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma, and KL Rahul. Shubman Gill, Shreyas Iyer, Washington Sundar, Ishan Kishan, Sanju Samson, Kuldeep Yadav, Mohammed Siraj, and Umran Malik are now a part of the T20I team. Not every one of these players was chosen for the T20 World Cup squad.
