Sadio is a well-known Senegalese footballer who plays as a forward for Al Nassr, a team in the Saudi Pro League, as well as the Senegal national team. He is widely considered to be one of the greatest African players of all time, thanks to his impressive skills in pressing, dribbling, and speed. At only 19 years old, Sadio began Sadio professional career with Ligue 2 team Metz. However, he left after just one season to join the Austrian club Red Bull Salzburg in 2012, for a fee of €4 million. During the 2013-2014 season, Sadio helped his new team win both the league and cup domestic double.
How Much is Sadio Mane Salary?
A football player, aged 31, has decided to leave Bayern Munich and transfer to the Middle East. He only spent a year with the German team after leaving Liverpool. According to Sky Sports, the player, Mane, has signed a deal with Al Nassr for £24 million. Mane will stay in the Gulf nation for four years and earn £34 million each season tax-free. If Mane completes his contract until 2027, he will make an astonishing £136 million. Furthermore, he will make a little over £650,000 per week, which equates to £2.6 million every month.
Breaking it down even further, the former Southampton winger will earn approximately £93k per day, £3.9k per hour, and £65 every minute. However, compared to his new teammate Cristiano Ronaldo’s contract, Mane’s earnings pale in comparison.
Ronaldo, the highest-paid athlete in history, is on a £177m yearly salary since joining Al Nassr in the
winter transfer window.
This amounts to an astonishing £14.75m every month, with Ronaldo earning an eye-watering £3.4m
every week and £484k per day – almost as much as what Mane makes in a week.
While playing in M’Bour, scouts noticed him and he was later recommended to Génération Foot, a
club that he helped promote to the second division during the 2010-11 season.
Mané eventually joined Metz, which had a partnership with Génération Foot.
He made his professional debut on January 14, 2012, when he came on as a substitute for Kévin Diaz in
the 75th minute of a 0-1 home defeat against Bastia in Ligue 2.
In his first league season, he made 19 appearances, 12 of which were as a starter, and scored a single
goal in a 2-5 loss to Guingamp at the Stade Saint-Symphorien on May 4.
Unfortunately, Metz was relegated to the Championnat National at the end of the season.
