India has minimized the chance of reaching the semi-finals after the last match lost against Australia in the Women’s ICC Women’s World Cup 2022.
Women in blue defeat in the clash against Meg Lanning’s Australia by 6 wickets on Saturday at Eden Park in Auckland. It had made the chances of qualifying India for the semis tougher.
India has to make sure that they win by big margins and have a better net run rate than New Zealand, England, and Bangladesh, because the net run rate will come into play for the semi-finals qualification scenario as India, Bangladesh, New Zealand, and England, can reach the maximum number of eight points.
