The right-handed hitter tied the global record for most sixes hit in a Twenty20 International inning by hitting 16 during his time at the wicket.

Finn Allen matches the world record
In the third T20I, which was contested on January 17 at the University Oval in Dunedin, New Zealand starter Finn Allen was in full flow against Pakistan. With 62 balls, the right-handed hitter scored 137 runs.
The 24-year-old right-handed hitter hit 16 sixes and five fours in his time at the plate. With 16 sixes, he tied the global record for most sixes in a T20I innings. On February 23, 2019, Afghanistan batsman Hazratullah Zazai scored 162 runs against Ireland in Dehradun, hitting a total of 16 maximums.
Allen currently owns the record for the greatest individual score in T20Is for New Zealand, thanks to his 137-run innings. He surpassed Brendon McCullum’s record of 123 runs, set on September 21, 2012, at Pallekele against Bangladesh.
In the third Twenty20 International, a game that the Men in Green absolutely must win, the Kiwis have managed to score 224 runs at the expense of seven wickets thanks to his outstanding performance.
